Breakfast: Sausage, Egg, & Cheese
Lunch: Steak, Chicken, Pico, Onions, Peppers, and a tiny bit of cheese, sour cream, & guacamole
Snack: Lara Bar
Dinner: Chicken Breast w/ Pepper Jack Cheese + Green Beans/Onions/Peppers
Points: 2 Food
+ 1 WOD
Daily Total Points: 3

Lunch: Rotisserie Chicken + Broccoli & Cheese
Snack: Apple + Almond Butter
Snack: 1/2 of a Cliff Bar (non-paleo... big mistake)
Dinner: Rotisserie Chicken + Green Beans/Onions/Peppers
Points: 2 Food
+ 1 WOD
Daily Point Total: 3
Snack: One hard-boiled egg

Lunch: Roasted Chicken + Squash/Onions/Peppers
Snack: Cliff Bar (once again... non-paleo; I am going to get back on track with having only paleo snacks)
Snack: Two pinches of shredded cheese
Dinner: Fish tacos served w/ coconut flour tortillas, slaw, & chipotle sauce (all paleo)
Dessert: 2 Tbsp Almond butter
Points: 2 Food
