Food Log - AJ Weaver Empty MONDAY 1/14

Breakfast - 1 cup of coffee with 2oz heavy cream and 1 tsp agave nectar.
Lunch - None.
Dinner - 8 baked chicken wings (whole foods, organic free range) with a vinegar based hot sauce and two beers.

8 hrs sleep = 1pt
Meals = 2pts
Chicken organic free range = 1pt

Two handfuls of nuts (filberts, walnuts, almonds, cashews)

D:
Seared sirloin (organic, free range grass fed beef) w/ sauteed mushrooms and onions and a baked sweet potato.
More than two glasses of wine. (it goes sooo good with steak!)

2tbsp walnut oil

Free range chicken breast braised in organic beef stock, onions, olive oil, garlic, saffron, bay leaf

Two handfuls of raw mixed nuts (no peanuts)

Recovery shake:
2 raw free range eggs
Fresh grated nutmeg, fresh grated cinnamon
Ginger
Cayenne
2 oz heavy cream
4 oz almond milk
2tbsp walnut oil

1 zucchini chopped and sauted in garlic and olive oil
2 italian pork sausage links - grass fed organic pork

Just ordered for next Tuesday's drop-off.

Package #4 $60 4 pounds of ground beef- 2 pound of ground pork- 2 pound of ground chicken- 2 packages of 2 boneless skinless chicken breast one dozen eggs

...and 1 lb of pork brats @$10/lb

L: Fried chicken in vegetable oil (not breaded)

S: 72% cocoa dark chocolate (bitter and low in milk/milk fat/sugar) - as a comparison milk chocolate is about 30% cocoa

D: GF Bone-in pork chop (+1) stuffed with uncased GF sausage with a blackberry/mustard seed (natural spread) + wine (-2)
Mozzarella, tomato and basil with balsamic and oil (caprese stack)
side of garlic and spinach

Sleep-8+ hours - 1
Diet - 2 (or is this a 1 because I had chocolate for a snack, then a non-paleo dinner - cheese, wine?)

Review the drinks. A glass of wine, or a margarita is OK. More is going to take away a point.
Dark chocolate is fine. A small amount of cheese is also. Not as bad as you think.
