Paleo Ginger Ale - Recovery Drink
1 part coconut water (I use 6oz)
1 part mineral water (6 more oz) - I use "Gerolsteiner" mineral water - available at Publix, Sweetbay, etc
1 tsp of ground ginger (per 12oz) - I use Frontier Organic Ground Ginger Root (Whole Foods), but you can use whatever and more or less.
Stir gentle so you don't lose your carbonation.
The coconut water gives enough sweetness to pass as ginger ale, and between the coconut water and mineral water, lots of electrolytes.
Also good for when you have a stomach ache.
