Bfast:
2 cups of coffee/ cream and trivia
2 eggs
4 thick cut strips of bacon.
Lunch:
2 cheese sticks
7 oz of turkey meat
50 almonds
Dinner:
1lb porterhouse
Sweet potato/ 1 table spoon butter
Small handful of nuts cinnamon and honey

Aprox 2000 calories IAW MyFitnessPal
4 liters of water
Bear Complex 610#
WOD: 9:38
9 Hrs of sleep 2330-0830

TOTAL= 6 points

B'fast:
3 cups heavy cream trivia
2 eggs
4 strips of bacon
Small handful of nuts with honey and cinnamon
Lunch:
1.5 beef patties
2 strips of bacon
1.5 oz of almonds
Dinner:
Macadamia nut crusted chicken breast
green beans
Jalapano sweet potato mash
Bite of duck maranated in soy mix. Dont know if this shouldbe a minus 1.

4 liters of water
15 min of mobility
WOD: 9:49
Sleep: 2230-0830

TOTAL=7 points

2 eggs
4 pices of bacon
Lunch:
1 hamburger pattie
4 pices of bacon
1 avacado
Dinner:
Grass feed rib eye 14oz (+!)
Sweet potatoe/butter 1.5 tbsp cinnamon

Snack:
2oz. of Almonds

Water: 1 gallon
WOD: 12:00
Sleep: 2200-0600
Mobility: 15 min extra

TOTAL-8 points

Thanks for feedback on food intake and protein shake. I will dump it to keep in clean. Just need to eat within 30min of workout...

Tried making appt with Florida wellness. Won't be able to get in there till after next week. Went to my Chiro cause of pain today. The do trigger point injections with sarapin and lidocaine. Going to look into it. Still going to get a second opinion from other docs 1st.
