TUES 1/8/13

Today was awesome! Got 8 hours of sleep, so I'm feeling great. Here's the breakdown:

Breakfast:
3 Egg Omelet with spinach, mushroom, sausage
Black coffee

Lunch:
Salad with turkey, red peppers, avocado, olives
Vinegar and olive oil

Snack:
celery with almond butter

Dinner:
Salmon cooked in ghee
Sauteed spinach
Mashed Cauliflower

4 Total Food Points
1 Bonus for 8 hours sleep
1 Bonus for WOD

6 Total Daily Points for 1/8/13

Breakfast:
Black coffee. Running late.

Lunch:
Chicken sausage
Apple

Dinner:
Filet cooked in ghee
Roasted broccoli and cauiliflower

Snack:
Handful almonds
protein bar

2 Food Points (took a hit for the protein bar)
1 Bonus Point for WOD

3 Total Daily Points for 1/9/13
