Protein Powder
I know protein powder isn't actually paleo... so how do I count it?
The specific one I drink is Nature's Best Isopure (whey protein isolate). No soy lectins.
How should we count protein powders in general... how many points do we take?

Re: Protein Powder
As long as there are no artificial ingredients, HFCS, or Soy ingredients such as soy protein or soy lecithin, I will allow it. Use it as a supplement and not a replacement. Whole foods are by far the best.
