Lunch:
pork loin wrapped in collard greens, mustard
turnips sauteed in coconut oil
bacon

Dinner
Isorpure protein shake, 2 scoops
4 strips beef jerky (ingredients: beef, salt)

4 Total food points (how to count protein powder??)

2 hard boiled eggs
2 bacon
3 sausage links

Lunch:
Salad: lettuce, cabbage, tomato, olives, olive oil
Grilled chicken

Dinner:
2 scoops Isopure Protein Powder, whey isolate (no soy anythings)
2 ounces Chef Al pork sausage (+1) sauteed in Kerry Gold butter
3 ounces turnips, sauteed in coconut oil, parsley, salt

4 Total Food Points
+1 Meat from the Organic Chef (pork= locally raised, hormone free)
+1 8 hours sleep
+1 WOD
7 Total points for 01.15.13

Check the ingredients of the isopure. Although there is probably no Soy Protein, there may be soy lecithin.
Looks great otherwise. Don't forget some extra starches after the WOD.

3 oz Chef Al pork sausage (+1) sauteed in Kerry Gold butter
2 cups broccoli

Snack:
4 strips beef jerky (ingredients: beef, salt)

Dinner:
4 oz Grilled Chef Al Boneless skinless pork chop (+1), seasonings, mustard
3 oz Roasted carrots, turnips, radishes in EVOO, balsamic vinegar, parsley, salt

4 Total Food Points
