Breakfast:
2 Hard Boiled eggs
coffee with coconut milk creamer (unsweetned)
Lunch:
Spaghetti Squash with mushrooms, tomatoes, chopped eggplant
water
Snack:
1/2 cup nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
Dinner:
Baked Chicken breasts with rosemaryand lemon
yellow squash and onions saute'd in olive oil
organic spring mix lettuce with dressing (olive oil, dijon musturd, lemon juice)

Hurt my back at school, couldn't do the WOD. Walked a mile Neutral
sleep-8hrs

Roasted Lean Pork loin
roasted butternut squash (Paleo recipe)
steamed spinach (organic, fresh)
water
Back feeling better, probably going to do the WOD tomorrow. Walked a mile (pushing heavy wheelchairs), Squared Danced (1 hour total) Neutral

Back on track since a horrible week last week. Had to put to "put down" our dear French Bulldog after 13+ years...didn't feel like cooking...ate too much junk food and did my share of drinking.
