Definitely a good paleo day! This may get a little boring though. Spice it up! Use all kinds of veggies, meats, fish, spices, and herbs. Use some salt and pepper. Eat some sweet potatoes or other starches, like squashes after the workouts. Use olive, coconut, avocado, and almond oils. Even butter. Avoid, like the plague, margarine, canola, soybean, any hydrogenated, and other processed seed oils. These are big no-nos!
Stay out of the middle aisles of the grocery store unless you are buying coffee.
