2 eggs and 1 cup of egg whites
1 apple and 1 cup of blueberries

-lunch
2 boneless pork chops
Mixed veggies and celery

-lunch 2
Grass fed ground beef
yam fried in coconut oil

-dinner
wild caught salmon
Steamed spinach

Knocked out my WOD
Hour long deep tissue massage

1 apple and 1 cup of blueberries

-lunch
3 eye of round steaks
Celery, carrots, cucumber

-lunch
grass fed ground beef
sweet potato fried in coconut oil
celery

-dinner
wild caught salmon
steamed spinach
Brazil nuts

5:00pm wod
15min mobility worked on splits and squat stretch

Handful of Brazil nuts
1 apple, 1 cup of blueberries

-lunch
3 eye of round steaks
Carrots and celery

-lunch 2
Wild caught salmon
squash and asparagus all pan fried in coconut oil
1 cup of brewed green tea

-dinner
Wild caught hake (found @ whole foods)
Broccoli and asparagus fried in coconut oil
2 glasses of green tea

Hit my wod
Worked on shoulder mobility

Max points. Already starting to feel better and its only been 3 days

First day of the challenge I'm on the road all day.
I apologize for the repetitive meals, but that's what I needed to do.

-breakfast
2 chicken breasts fried in coconut oil
Apple and blueberries
green tea

-lunch
2 chicken breasts fried in coconut oil
Apple, carrots, and celery
Handful of Brazil nuts

-lunch 2
2 chicken breasts fried in coconut oil
apple, celery, and carrots

-dinner
Applebees
9oz steak and double broccoli with no butter
glass of red wine

went to restaurant -BRICKHOUSE
drunken chops but traded mashed potatoes for broccoli and got them without whiskey glaze
Drank water

Breakfast-- Moe's naked bowl with steak chicken bacon guacamole and veggies

Lunch-- black coffee; boneless skinless chicken breast; cucumber and green pepper; walnuts; green tea

Lunch 2-- same as last meal

Dinner-- chili's restaurant: big steak with grilled onion peppers and shrooms; double broccoli

Coconut water
